We start with a research sprint: we map out your core process and talk with your colleagues. Together we set the scope and create the first design for the solution. That way, by the end of the week you know exactly what you get and what it will deliver.
Then comes the go/no-go moment: you decide whether we build.
Design & integrations
Phase 2 · Architecture · week 2
We translate the design into a concrete technical foundation: screens, workflows, and data structure, including the integration with your existing systems such as Exact, Outlook, or SharePoint.
Your colleagues' input is built into it, so they feel like co-owners from day one.
Build & integrations
Phase 3 · Development · week 3 to 5
With the design as the foundation, we build the full application. Halfway through you see the first results and can give feedback on them, so we can adjust early if needed.
Adoption guarantee
Phase 4 · Implementation · week 5 to 6
In joint sessions your team starts using the software with real cases from your own work. Everyone sees firsthand how and why it works, and we process the first feedback right away.

From now on the application is fully yours, including the code. No subscription, no vendor lock-in.
We hand everything over officially. Of course we stay available for improvements and as a partner, but you are never locked in.

Every project has a fixed price that we agree on up front, no hourly billing and no surprises afterward. The investment depends on the scope, but most projects fall between €10.000 and €25.000. After the research week you know exactly where you stand, and only then do you decide whether we continue.
From the first research day to delivery: six weeks on average. Within five working days you already see a working demo, so you do not have to wait weeks to know whether we are on the right track.
That is where our biggest promise lives: the adoption guarantee. Software no one uses is wasted money, so we build with your team instead of for them, and we train everyone until it becomes second nature. If your team is not working with it after delivery, we fix that. It is our responsibility, not yours.
Yes, that is exactly why we build custom software. We build on your current way of working. We integrate with Exact, Outlook, SharePoint, your CRM, or that one older package everything runs on. You do not have to adapt your way of working to the software. The software adapts to you.
Yours. Completely, including the source code. No subscription, no per-user license fees, no vendor lock-in. If you want to continue with another partner later, you can.
Your data stays yours and stays within your environment. We work in line with the GDPR and make clear agreements up front about where data lives and who can access it. None of your company data is used to train AI models.
Less than you think, but not zero, and that is by design. Count on a few conversations during the research week, a feedback moment halfway through the build, and the implementation sessions at the end. It is exactly that involvement that makes sure the software actually gets used.
At handover we put clear agreements in writing about ongoing support and future expansions. Many clients start small and build from there. You can do that with us, but because the code is yours, you are never locked in.
