We are momentumAI, based at Oudestraat 216-G, 8261 CA Kampen, Chamber of Commerce number 42027347, responsible for processing your personal data. We have not appointed a data protection officer. For all privacy questions you can reach us at contact@momentumai.nl. In this privacy policy we explain, per situation, which data we need and why, how long we keep it, who we share it with and how we protect it.
When you get in touch with us by email, phone, LinkedIn or our form, we use your name, job title, company, contact details and whatever you tell us yourself to help you further. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining business contacts. We keep this data for up to 2 years after our last contact. It is stored in our CRM in Notion and in our email and calendar via Google.
We sometimes reach out to business contacts, such as owners or directors of trading and manufacturing companies. For this we use your business details from public sources, such as your company website or LinkedIn. We do this on the basis of our legitimate commercial interest. Do you not want to be contacted? Send us an email and we will stop immediately and add you to a block list.
If we record a conversation or have it transcribed, we ask for your permission beforehand. We use the recording and the transcript to write up the conversation and to keep our agreements. We delete the recording within 30 days. We keep the written-up notes for as long as we work together, and then for up to 2 years. For transcribing and summarising we use AI tools. They do not use your data to train their models.
When you become a client, we process your (company) name, contact details, invoicing details and payment details. This is necessary to carry out the agreement. We keep invoices and payments for 7 years, because the law requires it. For this we share data with our payment provider Mollie and our accountant.
Do we build integrations or agents that work with your company's systems, such as your ERP? Then we process personal data of your customers, suppliers or employees. For that, we are the processor and you are the controller. We only do this on your instructions, and we always first make a data processing agreement with you. After the project ends, we delete your data or return it, as agreed.
We use functional cookies to make the site work. For analytical cookies, such as Google Analytics, we first ask your permission through the cookie banner. We keep this data for up to 2 years.
If you apply to us, we process your CV, motivation letter and contact details to assess whether we can make you an offer. We keep them for up to 4 weeks after the procedure ends. With your permission we keep them for up to 1 year for future vacancies.
Only with parties we need in order to do our work: Notion, Google, Mollie, Vercel, Supabase and Anthropic (Claude). We have agreements with each of them about protecting your data. We never sell data.
You can ask us for access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted. You can object to processing or ask for its restriction. You can also request your data in a common format. If you have given consent, you can always withdraw it. Send your request to contact@momentumai.nl. We respond within 1 month. We do not use automated decision-making with legal consequences for you.
Only authorised people have access to your data. We use secure connections, encryption and multi-factor authentication. If a partner processes data outside the EEA, we only do this with a recognised level of protection or under strict contractual agreements.
